This also compares your site performance to other sites. It shows you how your site stands.

This plug-in will also pinpoint the specific problems on your website. The problems are sorted by importance/priority, which allows you to deal with the most serious problems first.

The most interesting thing is that this plugin shows you the specific suggestions for improvement. You can fix them or let your webmaster to fix them. Or even better - ask your webmaster to use Page Speed to analyze the whole website and fix the problems.

After some time, check again with Google Webmaster Tools to see how the performance of your website is changing.
